libjuman-dev software package provides Header files of JUMAN, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjuman-dev
libjuman-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjuman-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjuman-dev *
You will get with libjuman-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
